Teacher misconduct: regulating the teaching profession

The DfE is consulting on proposed changes to the regulatory arrangements that are operated by the Teaching Regulation Authority (TRA) in relation to teacher misconduct. The consultation began on 1 February 2022 and will close on 14 March 2022.
